2. Diamond & Jewellery Certification
All loose lab-grown diamonds and finished diamond jewellery are accompanied by an official gemological grading report from an accredited laboratory (IGI or GIA). Each certificate specifies cut, color, clarity, and carat measurements.
3. Bespoke & Custom Orders
Custom and bespoke commissions begin upon receipt of deposit and formal client sign-off on 3D CAD models. Due to the personalized nature of bespoke mountings, custom pieces are subject to specific terms outlined during consultation.
4. Lifetime Warranty
Every piece handcrafted by Kleora is backed by our Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty covering structural integrity, prong tightening, and annual cleaning.
