Yes. Every diamond (lab-grown or natural) above 0.30 carats is independently graded and certified by GIA or IGI, laser-inscribed on the girdle, and delivered with original certificate documentation.
Yes. Our master jewelers can bring your unique vision to life. We will provide 3D CAD renders and photorealistic previews for your approval before handcrafting the final piece in precious platinum or 18k gold.
Bespoke pieces typically take 2 to 4 weeks from 3D design approval to final hallmark and setting. If you have an expedited proposal date, please contact our concierge and we will accommodate where possible.
We offer a 30-day complimentary return and exchange window on all standard collection pieces, alongside a lifetime warranty covering craftsmanship and manufacturing defects.
